I'm happily married to Lindsay and have four adult children. I first became involved in GB in Dargaville when my older daughter turned 5, and continued as a leader when we moved to Palmerston North in 2004. At present I'm Junior Leader in 1st Palmerston North company and QAAC for Central Districts.
It's exciting to be involved in Girls' Brigade and be part of helping so many girls grow into well-rounded young women with a knowledge of God.

National Chaplain (Elected 2014)
My wife Priscilla and I have four adult children and nine grandchildren. I have spent most of my adult life in Christian schooling, in youth and student ministries, and in pastoral service in the church. I joined the GBNZ Board in 2013 as National Chaplain Elect after some years as Area Chaplain in South Auckland. I enjoy photography and collecting carnivorous plants ... but my greatest love is teaching God's word. It is a delight to be working with the leaders and girls of GBNZ where I see so much enthusiasm for enjoying life, learning skills and growing faith in Jesus. My prayer is that in my time on the Board I can encourage and support our members in this.

Kia Ora. I immigrated to New Zealand at the beginning of 2007 but have been a member of Girls Brigade for over four decades. Yes that’s 40 years! I joined as a girl and after lots of exciting challenges for which I was rewarded with knowledge and badges I became a Commissioned Officer in Wales after gaining the Queens Award. I still think the best reward is following the Lord and serving him by taking on the leadership role in such an awesome organisation. I hope that during my time I will get to hear from and meet lots of you as we continue to Seek, Serve and Follow Christ together.
