What’s The Gathering 2017?

Bringing together over 150 Millennial leaders from across the Girls’ Brigade family, The Gathering 2017 will be held in Accra in Ghana on 5 – 12 August 2017. Building on the positive impact of the 2013 event in South Africa, The Gathering 2017 will bring together 18 - 35 year old GB women for a week of fun, faith development and fellowship.

What are the important details?

Venue: Conference Centre in Accra, Ghana Date: 5 – 12 August 2017

Cost: USD$ 500 (plus flights, visa & travel insurance)

How do I register?

Each country is responsible for its own registration process. Contact GB Support centre if you are keen to go.

Feedback: I left The Gathering 2013 knowing that I have 120 sisters across the world who are praying for me. That’s what drives me in my everyday life – Natalie Lawrence, GB South Africa. Not only did The Gathering 2013 give me the opportunity to get to know other GB members but I also learnt about how being born a girl can be so unfair and how fixing my attention on God can transform me from the inside out. Finding out such things inspired me to want to know more and to help where I can, from my home in little old New Zealand – Porsha, GB New Zealand.
